1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1-2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Tarragon Vinegar
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 Anchovy Fillet, mashed
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbs chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together
